Dōjō Membership
San Diego Budokan is maintained and supported by the members. You become a member of the dōjō by showing up consistently and training hard. That said, the dōjō does have modest expenses including insurance, building maintenance, cleaning supplies, website hosting, and advertising fees. We rely on the generosity of the members to cover these costs.
Noshi is a piece of dried abalone wrapped in carefully folded origami and attached to a white envelope containing a monetary gift. It is an expression of luck and longevity, and it is the mechanism by which we support the ongoing operations of the dōjō .
Please use the link below to schedule your monthly virtual noshi for the dōjō .
The suggested noshi is $100/month, but you may set your own amount based on your personal situation.
